Early 1900’s villa, its original charm has been fully preserved thanks to a careful maintenance. It is tastefully furnished with period fittings, which contribute to create a pleasant and comfortable environment. Surrounded by a beautiful Italian garden, it is only 10 metres away from the seashore and overlooks the beach offering amazing views on the gulf of Levanto. The large sea-facing terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, armchairs and sunshades, and is the perfect place for breakfasts / lunches / dinners al fresco.
The house is located in a quiet, pedestrianised area, with access by car allowed to the few residents only. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and Levanto’s historic centre are only a few minutes’ walk away.
Cinque Terre can be reached by train from Levanto railway station, or on foot via the panoramic footpath starting at the house’s very doorstep, a 2-hour hike of rare beauty through pinewoods and Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea. It is possible to rent small boats for excursions to cliffs and hidden coves along the coast directly on the beach. There is also a boat service to Cinque Terre, Portofino and Portovenere, departing from the pier located less than 100 metres away from the house.

SECOND FLOOR: Twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) with private bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and bidet.
The house sleeps 12 and all the bedrooms have views over the sea or the garden. There is an additional bathroom with shower and wc on the ground floor under the arcade which can be used when coming home from the beach. Free WiFi, Satellite TV, central heating. Cot bed and high chair for babies / toddlers. Pets are not allowed. The rent prices include utilities (gas, electricity), final cleaning, use of 2 private parking spaces and 2 hours cleaning during the week (tuesday).
Levanto is a small town on the ligurian cost and is the best base to visit the cinque terre villages by train, by boat or on foot. You can reach many Ligurian towns by train, you can also easily drive in and out. In Levanto there are more than fifteen high quality restaurants and many shops. Our piazza has a weekly open air market attended by people from far and near. The population of Levanto is about 5,000 As there are only a few hundred rooms available to tourists, Levanto never loses its charm and intimacy, no matter when you choose to visit.
Levanto offers castles , public gardens , and incredible architecture . Historic churches ring their bells to signal the time of day. There are many outdoor activities available : tennis, scuba diving, surfing, bike rentals, paddle boats. Levanto has sandy beaches and a swimming pool (that overlooks the Mediterranean for sun worshipers). You can go walking or hiking into our magnificent mountains right from the town. With all that to offer, Levanto still moves slowly and few people are ever in a rush here. It is a charming and fun location for your vacation.
Levanto is along the A12 Genoa - Leghorn motorway. Leave the motorway at Carrodano - Levanto. Turn left at the first crossing and keep following the signs to Levanto (approximately 10 km from the Carrodano – Levanto exit).
Once you have reached Levanto, keep going following the signs to the town centre until you reach Corso Roma, a tree-lined street that will lead you to the seafront. Once there, turn left through the parking lot until you reach a traffic light.
At the end of the road you will find a square where you will need to turn right. After 50 metres turn left on the pedestrianised seaside walk. The villa is 200 metres away, on the left-hand side.
Levanto is on the Genoa - Pisa train main line. There are regular trains from Milan, Genoa, La Spezia and Pisa.

Genoa – Levanto: 50mins (fastest trains – IC, no change), 1hr 20mins up to 2hrs (interregional – IR and regional - R trains)
La Spezia – Levanto: 20mins (fastest trains, IC, no change), 30-40mins (interregional - IR and regional – R trains)
Pisa – Levanto: 1hr 30mins (fastest trains, IC, no change), up to 3hrs (change at La Spezia, various train combinations)

Exit at the front of the train station building (ticket hall). Cross the square and get the staircase down to the main road. Keep going until you get to a crossing where Corso Roma – a tree-lined street – begins.
At the end of Corso Roma, turn left on Corso Italia. At the end of it, you will find a park on the left-hand side and a red building on the right-hand side (Casinò Municipale). Keep going on the right-hand side. The house is up the seaside walk, 200 metres from Casinò.
